There is also an online payment platform called Dragonpay. It is an online payment gateway that allows business owners and individuals to use cash, checks, and make transfers at ATMs. The following payment methods can be processed through Dragonpay:

  • Online Banking
  • Over-The-Counter Bank
  • Over-The-Counter Non-bank 
  • Over-The-Counter ATM

ECPay Option

Alternatively, you can also you choose ECPay if you don’t have access to online banking and a nearby bank or Dragonpay facility. You can pay for your taxes via ECPay through the following establishments:

  • Gaisano
  • Ever Superstores
  • NCCC
  • ExpressPay
  • Selected Smart and Cignal Distributors
  • Selected Petron gas stations
  • Selected Tambunting pawnshops
  • Selected Western Union Remittance Centers

RuralNet Method

For people in remote areas, you can opt to pay your taxes via RuralNet. It maintains a network of Rural Banks. Just select the one that’s nearest you.

Options For International Taxpayers

The BIR also accommodates Filipinos or even foreign entities who wish to pay their taxes from overseas for income in the Philippines. Here is the payment gateway for international users:

  • Philippine National Bank or PNB Remit
  • Ventaja/Pay Remit
  • Skyfreight Branches

An Authorized Agent Bank’s ePay Option

There is also another way to pay your taxes and that is through the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s ePay. The ePay will provide you the links for the channels of AABs or Authorized Agent Banks. It will allow taxpayers like you to access the electronic payment for the taxes you need to pay. 

The ePayment channels will accept tax payments via online, credit card, debit card, prepaid card, and mobile payments. It is important to take note that paying through online platforms, banks, or mobile companies will bear a convenience fee. There will be a convenience fee that you need to pay. That fee is for the use of their online payment facility.

  • Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
  • UnionBank
  • Globe GCash
  • PayMaya
  • Myeg
